Dear friends,
We’ll start the 2021 newsletter series with a small note about our endeavour to build a global deep-tech community from scratch.
The first cohort of our quantum formalism initiative was successfully completed at the end of January. We're humbled to support such an amazing cohort made of technical talent from multiple industries and twenty-two nationalities (& counting).
We hope the cohort found it useful to be exposed to some of the core abstract mathematical structures underpinning quantum mechanics, and more importantly, the interplay between these structures.
This is just the beginning and more free mathematical training initiatives are still to come. These will cover emerging deep-tech such as quantum technologies. We aim to create the pathway for a new kind of virtual deep-tech community that we hope will create the conditions for the next generation of technical founders to create the leading companies of the future.
Finally, the stuff that the first cohort covered is more or less the baseline mathematics that we at Zaiku Group require for entry-level technical roles within our 'Applied Commercial R&D' division. As such, we hope to provide entry-level opportunities to our cohort in areas such as; Computational Algebraic Topology, Homomorphic Encryption and Quantum Algorithms (for the NISQ era).
Many Thanks,
Zaiku Group team
